Shocking service...I was involved in a hit and run with your client and no one is getting back to me. 3 weeks of phoning on a daily, on hold for over 2 hours at a time. AND if I get through it's just to be told we will follow up and get back to you. My car is sitting collecting dust and I am losing out on money due to your incompetence.
I will be getting the Ombudsman involved!
