these are simply thieves, they confirmed to me that everything was fine and I paid, then at 4:50 pm on the fourteenth day they sent me emails that my policy was canceled at 5 pm, and I was left without insurance while I was traveling, for reactivate it they asked me for other documents, I prepared them but then again they said that it had been canceled and therefore not recoverable, and the refund was much less than what I paid .... a shame, absolutely avoid this company if you want to be calm and safe
