I can confirm my experience with them is similar to the other guys. Especially the renewal process got worse and worse each year, this year they charged me without authorisation before the renewal on a quote I was still assessing! now I requested for a full refund and hope they will send it to me. The customer service experience is poor and their processes are totally wrong. When you ask for more info you don't get it.
