I have been waiting on a claim status for months and also a renewal quote. I will not renew if they cannot provide a response to a simple claim. I thought COVID impacted staffing but these reviews confirm poor service prior to COVID.
Any suggestions for other insurance companies for transporting personal effects overseas?
