A terrible company. £575 to renew with 8 years no claims, all which have been earned with them. Went online (£195). Contacted them and they offered a £24 refund, as car is now worth 1/3 of original value, but then wanted to charge £25 “to amend the policy”.
I pay my premiums infill each year so attempted to contact them to tell them I did not want to renew.
Shocking telephone service 3 attempts all around half hour waiting time to then to Be disconnected.
