I had to make a claim although dubious as to responsibility. I took liability but body repair said it was clear they had driven into me, so I was gutted. Anyhow Diamond Insurance kept me up to speed. One thing I'd not done before is have to speak to DVLA with the insurance company listening in to ensure I hadn't lied about having points etc on my licence. They said I needed to do that to get moneys owed. I'm not one to lie about these things so that was fine.
