Online price for car insurance was attractive, but when it came time to claim because car flooded - service shocking. Took 13 weeks to resolve, during which time I had continued to make lease payments without the use of a vehicle. Endsleigh accepted resolution had taken longer than it should but would not reimburse. Given run around from all centre - far too long to come back with answers and someone different everytime you call so have to run through the whole history yet again. Says on website they "understand" customers - nonsense.
