Very disappointed with Endsleigh, when the policy was sold, the information provided was very unclear (ie whether my overseas no claims would be accepted or not), when I complained, Endsleigh hid behind legal clauses and was very unprofessional to say the least. To end with, my NCB was accepted, fair enough, but in no way did you make me want to stay with you. As a result of this poor service, I will be moving on to a more ethical insurer as soon as I gain my years' NCB, this is a shame as you target graduates who will most likely have insurance needs in the years to come. However, there is no point attracting us if you are not willing to provide a service that will make us want to stay.
