We’ve been threatened with £150 cancellation charge if we try to cancel policy before it starts… thought there was a 14 day cooling off period… we were wrong … the car we wanted to buy was not suitable and so we didn’t buy it.. now we have 7 days to buy another or must pay £150 plus MORE for every day we leave it before cancelling!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour that leaves us with little trust for the validity and benefit of this insurance policy
