Quotation given online, no method of paying online which means having to phone them up! Took 25 mins to be connected to an operater (not good if your trying to purchase insurance)
Once through to an operater I had legall cover added for £30 per year just to then be told that the price of the policy had rose by over £200 even though all my details were correct and had not changed! Complete rip off company offer good prices just to change them when you try to purchase (they make their money on the very long phone calls that charge top rate)
