Well, you haven't yet. Had policy for nearly 2 weeks and still cannot view my 'online portal'. first phone I made said she would re send the link- it never arrived. The phone call today- I was advised to email required documentation to documents@first.co.uk.
I just hope that the documents are received in time and that I don't get charged for system/user error.
