Would have been a "5" had it not been for;
Text messages of cancellation in contrast to that which I was being told on the phone. And,
Being told (last Thurs./Fri.) that I needed to get in touch with previous insurer that/where I was a listed driver, for the same vehicle, for info that actually already appears on the full policy documents which I'd advised I had/have in hand... And also, during the same conversation was told a letter was posted to me about the same. Then, in yesterday's (05/12/18) telephone conversation, of which "Hailey" was extremely helpful, was told that the same letter was posted only the day before (04/12/18), & that an email had also been sent to me regarding the letter, which I explained to "Hailey" I am yet to receive...(???)
