Incredibly Annoyed Customer
Really poor customer service provided by Hannah and Emma at the Redditch office! This company have not provided a renewal in the time frame stated and said that the email had been sent to me. I hope they can prove this considering I called them twice asking for the renewal. I was then told the they will not provide a renewal with 2 weeks until my policy comes to an end. This was due to two non fault claims being made on my part. They advised a manager would call me yesterday which didn’t happen inspite if numerous emails being sent to Hannah who very simply can’t seem to company procedure!!!! Let’s see if we have any joy today!!!
