Never recommend, not helpful at all.
Cancelled insurance due to the data not working, now son had to pay more for insurance and when it gets cancelled it goes against them.
It's the black box not working. No fault of my son and yet he gets penalised. Wish I had read the reviews before going with Hastings Direct never again!!!!!
