Awful. Recieved an email warning about not recording my driving data. Kept my bluetooth in constantly and still no data recorded. Wasnt aware of this. Cancelled my insurance via email. Phoned them to enquire, they said it was my fault even though it was there technology that was faulty. Kept all the money for the policy. Reporting to financial ombudsman.
