The most sensitive black box in the world. Put the brakes on at a red light or someone pulling out on you and you're screwed. Sometimes I can get a perfect score then the next trip has like 5 moments of acceleration and 3 heavy braking issues for the same journey driving exactly the same! I wish I NEVER went for this Policy but it was my cheapest option at half the price of other policys. Now I see why. Terrible company If i get any threats of cancelling my policy I will be going to the financial ombudsman!
