Hasting Direct sent me numerous correspondence after 2 weeks of being insured with them to say I'm under the score of 30 and within this correspondence it tells me that I need to improve, which I do and my score goes into the 40s. Next thing they are contacting me to tell me they are cancelling my policy. What was the point of telling me to improve?
