Set up my Hastings direct YouDrive policy. I'm a fairly good driver, don't break harshly or accelerate to harshly however the app kept marking my driving down for phone use... It turns out if your phone activates from messages, pocket dials or someone else uses your phone while you're driving them it will assume you are using your phone while driving. It would surprise me if it even counted SatNav use... Avoid this policy at all costs.
