Honestly the biggest scam on the Internet.
As many other people on this site have mentioned, the braking section is fucked. You brake too harshly a couple of times and that's it, it Goes to 0 and you can never get it back up. Drive safely for 2 months without braking harshly and its still on 0. Because of the braking column your whole rating is low so you let time of day slip once and BAM you've been scammed out of 1400 pounds.
Would rather die than continue on with my policy for much longer.
