Absolutely terrible customer service.
Their equipment and data capture is incorrect, you spend hours trying to speak to someone. No one calls back when they say. They speak to you like you are stupid until you explain them through the inaccuracies, calculations and how basic maths principles work. You call a number they give you which tells you they are closed and their hours are 8am-8pm - it's 6pm???
