I had originally cancelled the extention of my insurance, and phoned back 5 minutes later to ask if it was possible to keep hastings as my insurance. The woman on the phone was brilliant and sorted it out for me quickly after speaking to management and finance. Also my quote dropped by nearly ?300 in the first year.
