phoning customer service was great! I didn't have to sit on hold at all and the process was simple, as the man on the phone knew exactly what he was doing. The only criticism is that it was a little hard to understand him at times, as he spoke a little too fast and there was a lot of background noise on his end, but it wasn't too much of an issue.
