Their customer service team are always really easy to get hold of over the phone and are always really friendly and efficient at dealing with any queries. I don't even mind having a black box as I barely even think about it. The only thing that restricts me slightly is the 10pm curfew but I don't drive after 10pm very often so my record is still above 90%.
