Never had a problem with them. Although I never had any issues where I needed to contact them or anything, it was my first year driving, and the cheapest place for insurance with an amazing reward scheme where you earn discounts for your next year of insurance. And I?ve stayed with smartmiles because the discount they gave me beat all competitors prices by a fair amount!
