Awful customer service and a horrendous company to be insured with. I requested at least 6 times to speak with a manager on a 60 min phone call and was just passed around from person to person no manager. 'Compulsory excess charges' aren't clearly stated on policy documents and not to forget they don't send you your renewell documents which is the law to do so. Going back to my old insurer I think, much better value and customer service for money!
