Very poor, takes over 10 minutes to talk to someone, then cuts off & then when you do finally speak to someone they are rude & don?t want to make any effort to help you.. or actually listen to what your saying & talk over you half the time.. Not all staff but most.
If it wasn?t for Megan (manager) for being so helpful & understanding then I wouldn?t of stayed. Thankyou Megan
