Good communication. Good app to track your driving. Went over a very deep pothole once and they rang me to check I hadn?t been in a crash and was ok which I thought was fantastic, especially for young drivers. They even waited until I had parked.
They did automatically renew insurance though so be careful however if you ring within 14 days they cancel it with no issues
