I went for a quote directly through their website but couldn't seem to opt out of getting a professionally installed blackbox.
I rang the hotline but the person I spoke to couldn't opt me out without running a new quote, which he said would be more expensive due to fluctuations in the market. I asked if he could give me my current quote minus ?35 for self-installing the box but he said there was nothing he could do.
I went to confused.com to get myself a new quote. This turned out to be cheaper.
