Provide a better customer service and respond to complaints emails.
Act like you actually care about your customers and help resolve any issues that may occur.
If this hadn't of escalated like it has I would have been giving 4 stars due to the smart miles box not being descriptive in each catagory. However I was happy with my renewal price.
