Absolutely useless customer service!!!
I arranged a date for the smart box to be installed from the menu of available dates. You get told that if the engineer turns up and you're not at home at the appointed time, then you will incur a £45 fine. So took the day off work so that I wouldn't be fined, only to find that the engineer didn't turn up. When I phoned up to complain, I got told that the appointment that I'd booked that had been confirmed by them should not have been made, as if it was my fault! Then I get a letter to tell me that the policy will be cancelled and I will incur another £45 fine. Complete joke.... Don;'t go there!!
