I have bought an insurance policy with them and when I called for claim, the company that deal on their behalf clearly advised that my details do not exist and they will have to go back and check. I am still waiting.
The same with home emergency - unfortunately I have paid a year in advance and cant even back out but will sure think twice before using them again!!
