I have never had an issue with HomeInsurer. I use them for both of my cars as well as my home and business insurance. I have previously dealt with an advisor named Alfie who was more than helpful. I would always recommend them to anyone.
Don't be put off by the negative comments, quite frankly if you don't bother to read the T&C's then how can you possibly make a complaint about them?
