STAY AWAY - absolute joke of a company, internal complaints department is an embarrassment. Totally inaccurate telematics policies being sold at ludicrous prices, misleading policy information & impossible to contact. Take your money elsewhere, big English companies always cheaper. - telematics policies give inaccurate speed/distance calculations in areas of poor signal. Accused of speeding "Red Events" over 20 times in a 1 year period - penalties for driving at night/early morning/too many journeys per day - breakdown cover mis-sold as "full coverage" only provides 10 miles cover. Ideal when stuck somewhere late at night. - want to contact them ? Spend over an hour on hold per time.
