Ian was brilliant we had a set of circumstances that lots of people/call handlers arnt really sure how to handle or what to say ..!! Ian was a pleasure to deal with very personable just like talking to a friend..sounds like a top lad.. really happy with the way he handled the whole situation over two calls he genuinely is an asset to your company.. !!!
