Brilliant customer service and very professional. I spoke to Ian Quinn who was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure any details were ironed out (I had some policy specific issues that he managed to sort out with the manager) but he kept to his word about timings and when to call back. Overall a very positive experience, very competitive prices (fully comp and added extras) and very surprising from a new insurance company! I would highly recommend
