As a customer or a person, normally you get people who charge you too much/add extras that you dont really need and just wana rip you off, but today out of all the years I been looking for insurance and asking people for advice or help, this gentleman is my TOP bloke and an absolute polite and helpful person,who actually explained to me some questions I asked. Total Professional and a lovely person. If I was to rate him out of 10, I would give him 20
