My pet insurance increased from £65 pcm to £206. I was notified by email of the increase but I did not see it. I feel like I've been robbed in broad daylight. The premium of £2500 only covered me for £4000 vet fees!! I have no paperwork whatsoever ever from them and there is no online account. All online comparison sites give an average premium of £400 per annum. I am taking it up with the ombudsman.
