I called for a quote and spoke to a gentleman called ‘Ross’. He found me an unbeatable quote but at that point i wasn’t sure if i wanted to go ahead. I emailed him and he called me straight away when i wanted to make an amendment. When i then chose to go forward with the quote he called me at a time that suited me and was very thorough and clear. I have now gone forward with this insurance despite having a cheaper quote elsewhere however i have paid £20 more just for the amazing customer service.
