Ross was absolutely wonderful throughout getting my quote then carrying out the insurance. I was in 2 minds at first about taking the insurance out due to finding a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere however the customer service displayed of Ross persuaded me to choose to go with Insurance Factory! I asked to speak to him whenever i called, if he wasn’t available he rang me back ASAP and was very helpful.
