Ross made me feel comfortable and a wanted customer.
He was knowledgeable and very informative. He answered all my questions with confidence making me feel i was getting the best deal available. I would not hesitate in using the Insurance Factory again in the future and will invite friends and family to give them a try when their policy,s expire if all their operators treat their customers in the sane manner.
