I spoke to an Ian Quinn who was so so helpful. I was panicking at the start as my insurance had been cancelled previously but Ian helped calm me down and made the call very personal and not as if he was just reading off a screen. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service! Ian needs a raise!!!
