Customer Service team were extremely polite and friendly, making the process as easy as possible. Wasn't put on hold for long at all! Spoke to one lady who directed me to Ian and as I'd never done the whole process of car insurance by myself before, he made me feel really comfortable and we had a laugh together! (He deserves a raise!!!)
