I often just want a straightforward easy process when buying insurance. I received exactly that with Ian and I think it was quite a complex situation. Ian went far beyond expectations even having to ring me late evening as I'd given wrong email address, and I needed insurance the next day. I'll be asking for Ian's help from now on. I've changed after 20 years with other insurer, who are great, but this is better.
