Gentleman who dealt with me has amazing customer skills. Talking to someone local as opposed to difficulty in a call centre abroad allowed me easily answer all questions and ask questions which were professionally answered. We had some football jokes as opposing team fans and established a quick rapor. Credit to your company. Will recommend. 6 stars !!!
