Was in a car accident yesterday even. Though the accident wasn't my fault insure pink are saying it's my fault. The woman I spoke to, had no care, compassion or empathy. It's not fair that I am being blamed for the accident that wasn't my fault. When asked to speak to a management she denied me that request which is my right as a customer. When I said that she had no care, compassion or empathy she became very dismissive and defensive she couldn't wait to get off the phone to me she was rude and abrupt toward me. Don't use this company they don't look after the customers and certainly won't be renewing with them next year.
