They did hike my policy the last couple of years despite no claims, phoned to cancel. However once they adjusted value of car to current market value (they dont do this automatically) I saved £130 on their initial quote and £40 lower than nearest rival on compare the market.
I think non adjustment of the car value is widespread in the industry. Need to re value it with the insurer every year
