the issue I had with the black box generally is that if you have to drive during unsociable hours in the night then there is no way you can build up any bonus points.
in effect this policy cost me as much as one without a black box so no savings and I would not suggest this to rural drivers who have high mileage
in fairness the site is easy to use and the call staff were polite but unhelpful if you are employed in all hours work.
