I have had many problems with Insurethebox and they are not getting any better. As I type this I have been on hold for exactly 61 minutes! 61 minutes! I think this is an absolutely unacceptable thing. I called them, was paced on hold for 43 minutes, then the call just got diconnected and now it's been 18 minutes and still nothing!
I went online to use their online chat, and unsurprisingly that is not working either!
I do not understand how they are still open as a business! It is absolutely shocoking!
