When waiting for my box to be installed - the first time around their van broke down therefore couldn't come (understandable). Second time around they didn't turn up - when i phoned to ask, they told me that they came the previous day and no one was home (whilst infact I was home and the car was). Then I recieved an email and a letter claiming that if I wouldn't make an appointmnet to get it installed, they would cancel my policy. Third time it finally got installed.
