I am an additional driver on the policy made with insure the box. A bus ran into me . Called the company and didnt want to discuss the claim with me because i am not authorized, after being passed to 7 different agents. Unreliable and useless service. Now risking loosing my no claim benefit because aparently in UK bus drivers always win... this particular bus driver seemed drunk and would not share his details.
